You Deserve to Thrive
Most women enter into peri-menopause (when our monthly cycle begins to change frequency and duration) in their mid-40s. There are a slew of symptoms that start showing up here and there. By the time we hit menopause, which is defined as one year without a period, usually around 50-52, we reflect back on how we feel now verses 5-8 years ago. Symptoms like weight gain, joint stiffness, sleep disruption, hot flashes, brain fog, mood changes, and fatigue can become a part of our daily life. Couple these feelings with the fact that many women at this time of life are dealing with major life stressors like becoming empty nesters and caring for aging parents or just generally managing life, it is no wonder women hit midlife and lose steam.

The good news is that there is science behind what is happening with evidence-based solutions to address these common symptoms regardless of where you are on this journey, peri to post.
